Challenges with loading and unloading instructions:

  • Inconsistent or outdated instructions: Locations often maintain processes in different documents or languages, which leads to misunderstandings.
  • Lack of transparency for carriers and drivers: Many instructions are not publicly available or are only handed out upon arrival.
  • Manual communication: Instructions are distributed via email, PDF, or notice, making updates difficult to track.
  • Security risks due to ignorance: Drivers who do not know the location or processes can unconsciously violate safety requirements.
  • No system integration: Requirements for documents, PPE or equipment are rarely automatically transmitted to TMS or telematics systems.

Loady's solution:

Loady makes it possible to Central, structured and multilingual loading and unloading instructions to manage.
Site operators can define exactly which safety requirements, PPE, documents or technical equipment are required — directly linked to the respective charging point and product.

The information is digital and standardized provided so that drivers, carriers and dispatchers even before arrival know all relevant requirements.
These requirements can be integrated into existing systems (e.g. TMS, telematics or yard systems) via interfaces.

The result: more security, fewer misunderstandings, lower waiting times and smooth processes during loading and unloading.
