Gate management challenges:

  • Unclear or manual processes: Different processes and paper-based entry checks lead to delays and errors.
  • Security risks: A lack of identity verification or incomplete documents jeopardize compliance and plant safety.
  • Lack of transparency: Real-time information about arriving or waiting vehicles is often missing, meaning that resources are not used optimally.
  • Language barriers when registering drivers: Security or check-in instructions are not understood or misexecuted.
  • Lack of integration with other systems: Gate data (e.g. arrival, check-in, departure) is not automatically synchronized with TMS, YMS or ERP systems.

Loady's solution:

Loady enables a digital, standardized and multilingual provision of all gate-related requirements — from security rules to document requirements and access restrictions.
Site operators can precisely determine Which vehicles, PPE, documents or approvals are required for access.

This information is via QR code or system integration (API) directly integrated into the check-in and gate process.
This allows drivers and dispatchers to know in advance What are the requirements at the gate and which steps have to be taken.

In connection with Driver instructions from Loady Can safety-relevant processes (e.g. behavior in a hazardous area, emergency measures, access rules) also be carried out Explain visually and language-neutrally.

The result: shorter waiting times, more security, fewer communication errors and smooth factory access — regardless of language or system landscape.
