Challenges with check-in processes:
- Inconsistent processes: Each location has its own check-in rules, document requirements, or security requirements.
- Language barriers: Drivers from different countries often do not clearly understand safety instructions or signs.
- Manual processes: Paper forms, long waiting times, and duplicate data collection are causing delays.
- Lack of transparency: Drivers often don't know where to go or what documents are required.
- Unclear interfaces between gate, layout and ramp: Information is lost, causing security or operational issues.
