- Advocacy: ENFIT represents the interests of its members and works with national and international organizations, such as the European Commission, WHO and FDA.
Digital standards & certification systems
ENFIT develops digital standards such as Digital Food Safety Passport and audit/certification standards for cleaning processes and traceability systems for bulk transportation and container cleaning.

ENFIT challenges:
Risk of contamination & lack of traceability in bulk shipments
Without standardized cleaning protocols and digital documentation, there is an increased risk of product contamination and lack of traceability — particularly for food, feed and chemicals.

Inconsistent standards between countries and cleaning service providers
Cleaning requirements and documentation vary significantly between regions and companies. This leads to uncertainties, media breaks and manual testing processes in the supply chain.

Loady's solution:
EPLR
Transparent guidelines for cleaning and hygiene requirements
Loady enables shippers and site operators to clearly define whether cleaning certificates and hygiene standards (e.g. in accordance with ENFIT or EFTCO) are required — and which documents are accepted.
Avoiding misunderstandings & faster approvals
By providing requirements in a standardized manner before arrival at the site, Loady reduces queries, waiting times and the risk of incorrect cleaning or unacceptable evidence.
