- Standard product for API calls
In the new API “Logistics Requirements for Freight Orders Without Lanes”, a standard product can now be configured for API calls.
- Assigning products via CSV upload
Users can now assign products via CSV file (loading and unloading points).
- Create locations via CSV upload
Multiple locations can now be uploaded via CSV file, which simplifies the onboarding process and significantly reduces manual data entry.
- Expanded input formats for opening times in CSV upload
The CSV upload function for (unloading) points now supports a wider range of input formats for opening hours, which increases compatibility and ease of use.
- Alternative cleaning methods
Products now support the definition of alternative cleaning processes in the “Cleaning Requirements” section. This provides greater flexibility and clarity for transport and logistics partners.
- ”Logistics requirements factsheet” with business partners
The requirement profiles have been improved to provide a better overview of the verification status. The verification process has been redesigned and now offers additional configuration options for requestors and reviewers.
- Additional fields in the download of the tender specifications
The download function for tender specifications has been expanded to include more detailed data fields on equipment requirements.
- Additional options in processes
New options have been added to processes: pre-testing, self-loading, retrieval, test plan, weighing. This enables site logistics to be designed more flexibly and individually.
- More languages available
Loady now supports additional languages, improving accessibility for a wider user base. The following have been added: Dutch, Russian, Bulgarian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Turkish, Croatian, Greek.
- Master column in the requirement profile list
The list of requirement profiles now includes a new column that shows the associated master. This improves clarity and makes data management easier.
- Improved verification process with Master
The verification process for products within masters has been optimized. This includes the new master update.
- Extended inactivity period for user accounts
The automatic deactivation period for inactive user accounts has been extended from 12 to 36 months, giving users more flexibility.
- Interactive map with locations on the dashboard
A new interactive map view has been added to the dashboard. This provides a visual representation of locations and provides quick access to relevant logistical information about locations created by companies in Loady.
- Tips for handling the equipment
A new structured field with standard phrases has been added to the instructions to capture specific notes about handling transport equipment.
- ERP reference number in entity titles
The ERP reference number (ERP ref. -No.) is now displayed directly in the title of relevant entities (e.g. products, lanes, locations).
- Adjustments to the CAS/EG number algorithm
The algorithm for processing CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) and EC (European Community) numbers has been improved to ensure better validation of precursors.
- “Additional address” field for business partners
In the “Business Partner Companies” module, a new field for “Address addition” has been added to provide more accurate and complete address information — especially for specific delivery instructions or extended address formats.
- Adjusted latest arrival time
The logic and display of the “Latest arrival time” field have been optimized — now a period of time or an exact time can be maintained per product/( unloading) point combination.
- Possibility to create multiple contacts
It is now possible to define and manage multiple contacts in different areas of the system.
- New submodule: “Transport planning tips”
A new submodule with the title “Transport Planning Tips” was introduced.
- New submodule: “Customs”
A new sub-module called “Customs” was introduced to help manage customs-related information and requirements.
- New submodule: “Storage features”
A new sub-module called “Storage Features” was introduced. It makes it possible to define and manage specific properties of warehouses.
- Extension of measurement units to include the imperial system
In addition to the metric system, the system now also supports the imperial system of measurement. This makes data collection easier in countries that use the imperial system.
- Default corporate language and region in settings
Companies can now set a default language and region in their company settings.
- Support for various date and time formats
In preparation for our first go-live in the USA, date and time formats were introduced that are based on users' regional and language preferences.
