Revision of the Tender Feature, Deletion of Preload Restrictions, Optimizations in Product Assignment

📰 Summary

This release introduces a major overhaul of Tender management, transitioning from simple popups to a dedicated, feature-rich Tender page for better visibility and control. We have significantly improved the CSV-Import workflow for Company Products/Assign products to (Un-)Loading Points and enhanced the Previous load restrictions (PLR) list with bulk management capabilities.

🆕 New features

• Introduction of a dedicated tender page that provides a centralized overview of all relevant tender information and management functions, such as status updates or the assignment of freight forwarders
• Integrated a new status update workflow for Tenders, allowing users to seamlessly publish or close tenders with automated status transitions based on carrier assignments
• Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) support for enterprise domains, enabling users to authenticate via their own identity providers for a more secure and streamlined login experience
• Added bulk delete functionality to the Previous load restrictions list, allowing for the efficient removal of multiple rules and their associated exceptions in a single action

➕ Improvements and extensions to existing features

• Enhanced the Previous load restrictions list with a new, filterable column for Business Partner reference numbers to improve the navigation
• Optimized the Assign Product workflow by displaying the Default Product tag also for products that are not yet assigned to the respective Loading-/Unloading Points within the Assign Products popup
• Streamlined the Assigned Product interface by removing the redundant Safety & Security module and migrating existing PPE requirements to the respective Loading or Unloading Points
• Enhanced the Tender workflow to allow a single Lane to be assigned to multiple active tenders simultaneously, increasing flexibility in complex bidding scenarios
• Replaced the legacy Carrier assignment popup in Tenders with a modernized version that simplifies the selection process
• Corrected the CSV-Import for Assigned Products by removing the obsolete SetDefaultProduct column to prevent configuration errors
• Expansion of the CSV-Import for Company Products by adding the isDefaultProduct column, ensuring consistent data management across bulk uploads and the UI

🐛 Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where not all data was displayed correctly in fact sheets after a database migration
• Fixed a bug in the Public API where misleading error details were provided during lane creation or search
• Fixed a UI display issue for the free text widget to ensure consistent rendering across all modules
