📰 Summary
This release focuses on significantly enhancing the ePLR Check and the platform’s performance. Key updates include a new PLR-Update Request workflow that allows carriers to request data updates directly from the check results, improved handling of Previous load restrictions for mixtures and groups, and performance optimizations for product assignments. We have also strengthened the Public API with better error handling and expanded regional support for South American countries.
🆕 New features
- Integrated a PLR-Update Request workflow allowing users to trigger data update requests directly from the ePLR Check result screen from the responsible data manager when data is missing
- Added a dedicated PLR-Update Requests landing page for Companies to manage and process incoming verification requests from carriers
- Enabled visibility of verification results for carriers in their ePLR Check history to track the status of their update requests
- Expanded Company Region settings to include support for Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, and Peru
➕ Improvements and extensions to existing features
- Optimized the ePLR Check logic to include PreProduct Groups in suggestions and validation results for more comprehensive checks
- Refined the ePLR Check routine to no longer treat multiple CAS or EC numbers as mixtures, ensuring more predictable Allowed or Forbidden outcomes
- Improved performance and responsiveness in the product assignment popup when handling large product lists
- Added comprehensive filtering capabilities to all columns in the ePLR Check history list for better navigation
- Enhanced the ePLR Check UI to display only necessary input rows while allowing users to add more as needed
- Improved search suggestions by boosting exact matches to the top and highlighting matching terms in blue
- Updated the PLR list to support customer-specific cleaning requirements (e.g., Kosher or Halal) without requiring a specific PreProduct
- Strengthened the Public API to return proper 4xx validation errors instead of generic 500 errors for invalid payloads
🐛 Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the PrlAllowed flag was not correctly saved in the database when set to false
- Resolved a bug where PreProduct synonyms and trade names did not correctly process terms containing commas
- Corrected the ePLR Check display to ensure that forbidden PreProduct Groups are properly shown in the results
- Fixed a search issue where terms containing underscores or asterisks did not return relevant results or caused errors
- Resolved a display issue in the ePLR Check history where company and product data were missing for carrier accounts
- Restoring the filter function in the ERP Reference Number column for company products
- Corrected the PLR list display to ensure that Group names are correctly shown instead of being blank
